Structure

Board of Directors consists of ten (10) members…2009 Organization Chart
- Past Chair – non voting
- Five (5) Executive Members: appointed by the Board to oversee the implementation of board policies and deal with urgent matters between board meetings.
- Five (5) Committee Chairs: appointed by the board.

Staff provides administration for the Board, manages projects and priorities, helps serve our members and is involved in reporting and communication duties of the Board at meetings and in the community. Staff does not have a voting role.

The Board meets as a whole 5-6 times per year.
Executive Committee meets at least 3 times per year.
Committees/Advisory Groups meet as necessary to fulfill their mandates approved by the Board.
Member Meetings occur at least 3 times per year.
